Note: If you believe your product is mechanically defective, you must contact our Technical Support Team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return instructions are listed below and should be followed if an RMA is issued. DO NOT send in products without an RMA.

If your product requires non-warranty service, you will be notified upon issuance of the RMA.

We accept Visa or Master Card (terms of payment differ outside the USA). Warranty Service will not be performed until payment is received and approved.
