Upgrades via the Modem Upgrade Wizard are no longer available. Modems with the latest V.92 technology are available now in our home and business offerings. Product Updates

Modem updates are available via the following FTP address: ftp://ftp.usr.com/updates/archive/.
Note: Updates in the FTP site above include 33.6 and V.90 code only. This FTP site does not include V.90 upgrades for 33.6 products. If you have previously upgraded your 33.6 to V.90, do not run the update from this site. Running the update will return your modem to 33.6 code.
You will need your product number to select the appropriate update. For example, if your product number is 00568600, your update file is 00568600ud.exe. For assistance identifying your product number, visit the Product Code Finder page.
