Bruce Swail
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Swail was appointed chief executive office of USRobotics in January 2008. He was previously with Flextronics where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Digital MultiMedia division. Prior to Flextronics, he had a 20-year career at Motorola in various business, operations and engineering positions during the pioneering days of Wi-Fi and wireless data communications. In his last role at Motorola, he was Vice President and General Manager of Telecom Access Solutions in Motorola’s Broadband Communications segment. Swail has an M.B.A. and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, both from The University of Manitoba, Canada. He is also the author of two US patents in wireless data communications.
Eric Tarasievich
Chief Financial Officer
Eric Tarasievich serves as US Robotics’ Chief Financial Officer and has been part of USRobotics since September 2000. Tarasievich has held the positions of Financial Analyst, Assistant Controller and Controller since beginning his career at USRobotics. Tarasievich’s responsibilities include financial reporting and planning, corporate cash management, international finance, risk management, corporate taxation, as well as, operational tasks such as customer pricing and program approval, inventory and credit risk management. Tarasievich brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance through his career at USRobotics and prior experience in public practice at Grant Thornton LLP. Tarasievich holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The University of Illinois – Champaign-Urbana and is a certified public accountant.
Mary Galbavy
Director, Operations
Mary Galbavy serves as USRobotics' Director of Operations, managing the areas of Supply Chain, Information Technology and Customer Technical Support. Galbavy is responsible for all supply chain, logistics, customer support as well as information technology programs and systems. She joined USRobotics in January of 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in business operations throughout the technology industry. Galbavy received a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
Steve Pritchard
EMEA Managing Director
Steve Pritchard joined US Robotics in the UK in January 2004 as EMEA Finance Manager and later became EMEA Financial Controller. He was appointed EMEA MD in December 2011 responsible for sales, marketing, finance and administration functions. Previously employed by a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc in the UK he held a variety of Finance and Management positions and brings over 20 years of industry experience. Pritchard holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Coventry University in the UK and is a qualified accountant being an Associate of the Certified Institute of Management Accountants.
Holly Oxford
Director, North American Sales and Marketing
Holly H. Oxford serves as USRobotics’ Director of North American Sales and Marketing. Oxford oversees the sales and marketing activities that support all distribution and retail channels in North America. She joined USRobotics in September of 2000 and has over a decade of experience in IT channel sales and marketing. Oxford received a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
