Bruce Swail
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Swail was appointed chief executive office of USRobotics in January 2008. He was previously with Flextronics where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Digital MultiMedia division. Prior to Flextronics, he had a 20-year career at Motorola in various business, operations and engineering positions during the pioneering days of Wi-Fi and wireless data communications. In his last role at Motorola, he was Vice President and General Manager of Telecom Access Solutions in Motorola’s Broadband Communications segment. Swail has an M.B.A. and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, both from The University of Manitoba, Canada. He is also the author of two US patents in wireless data communications.
Kevin Pfau
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Pfau serves as USRobotics' CFO and has been a part of the USRobotics team since 1992. Pfau has held the positions of controller, manufacturing controller and assistant controller since his career began at USRobotics. He also played an instrumental role in helping to restructure the business once USRobotics was re-established as an independent company. Prior to joining USRobotics, he served as an auditor for Grant Thornton. Pfau received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
Mary Galbavy
Director, Operations
Mary Galbavy serves as USRobotics' Director of Operations, managing the areas of Supply Chain, Information Technology and Customer Technical Support. Galbavy is responsible for all supply chain, logistics, customer support as well as information technology programs and systems. She joined USRobotics in January of 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in business operations throughout the technology industry. Galbavy received a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
Ute Kroboth
Director, Northern Europe Sales and Marketing
Ute Kroboth serves as USRobotics’ Director of Northern Europe Sales and Marketing. She joined USRobotics in 1994, transferred to 3Com after the merger in 1997 and rejoined USRobotics after the spin-off from 3Com in 2000. During these years she worked as Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Manager and Regions Sales Director Benelux, Nordics, Baltic States.
Maurizio Negri
Director, Southern Europe Sales and Marketing
Maurizio Negri joined USRobotics Italia in 1996 as Distribution Sales Manager for the PCD department. After the merge with 3Com, in Spring 1997, he became Channel Sales Manager and, the following year, Retail & Consumer Sales Manager, with the responsibility of the Consumer Market growth. In September 2000, after the 3Com spin off, he was named Country Manager of USRobotics Italy: in this role he has been in charge of the re-opening of the Italian branch and the new launch of the USRobotics brand on the market. Since September 2007, he has been Sales Director Southern Europe of USRobotics.
Holly Oxford
Director, North American Sales and Marketing
Holly H. Oxford serves as USRobotics’ Director of North American Sales and Marketing. Oxford oversees the sales and marketing activities that support all distribution and retail channels in North America. She joined USRobotics in September of 2000 and has over a decade of experience in IT channel sales and marketing. Oxford received a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
