Upgrade Instructions:
1. Restore the USR5430/USR805430 to factory default settings.
  a. Hold the reset button in for more than ten(10) seconds and then release.
  b. Wait 20 seconds before proceeding to step 2.
2. Press the reset button for two(2) seconds and then release.
3. Connect the USR5430/USR805430 to the computer where the downloaded firmware resides.
  a. Connect the RJ45 cable between the USR5430/USR805430 and the computer.
4. Verify the computer has an IP address of 192.168.1.202.
  a. Start -> Run -> CMD {ENTER}
  b. (windows 2000/XP) ipconfig /release (Windows 98SE/ME) ipconfig /release_all
  c. (windows 2000/XP) ipconfig /renew (Windows 98SE/ME) ipconfig /renew_all
5. Open a browser and point it to the management interface of the USR5430/805430 and upgrade the device.
  a. http://192.168.1.201
  b. Click on the Tools tab.
  c. Click on Browse for firmware upgrade and browse to the location of the firmware you downloaded and extracted.
  d. Click on Upgrade.
