My wireless configuration utility is not working

If your wireless utility is not working, it may be the result of a wireless connection failure after a long period of wireless inactivity. To avoid this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Restart your computer to recover your wireless connection.
  2. Right-click the utilities icon and select Stop to stop the monitor.
Note: Performing this operation will avoid the wireless connection failure after a long period of inactivity. If you need to restart your utility to verify or change the settings of your wireless connection, you can do so by rebooting your computer. The wireless utility will automatically start. After you finish your settings, "stop" the monitor.
