Changing your ISP user name and password on the USR9115.

If you wish to change the ISP (Internet Service Provider) settings on an established 9115 due to changing ISP, please follow these simple steps. It is advisable to perform the change whilst connected to the device via an ethernet cable.

  1. Type http://192.168.1.1 into your web browser address line to log into the 9115. (If you have changed the default IP address, please enter your own)
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. Once logged in, select the Internet tab followed by Wan Setup.
  4. Select the appropriate Edit button. From here you will be able to enter all of the settings supplied to you by your ISP including changing your log in and password.
  5. When finished press Apply followed by Finish

The modem will reboot and your ISP settings will have been changed.
