    This archive includes a readme.doc, USB drivers, and firmware executable necessary to update the 002605-00 modem to latest code and USB capability. View the readme.doc file before updating modems firmware and installing the USB drivers.

    Windows 98SE and Windows 2000, and Windows ME update
    This updated firmware allows you to use this modem in USB mode with Windows 98SE or Windows 2000. USB operation is not supported in Windows NT4.0. Run this file to update the modem's firmware. The modem should be updated while connected via serial mode. Once the modem has been updated, you may need to to turn the modem off and turn it back on and reinstall it. In Control Panel, double-click Modems and remove extra modem entries.
