    OS Compatibility

    Product is operating system Independent and is compatible with all current Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems

    Firmware and Utilities

    Firmware Version 1.00.06
    Note: Do not power off your unit while the update is in process.
    1. Download the file to a temporary location on your computer's hard disk drive.
    2. Open the Smart Switch Configuration Utility.
    3. Use the “Discover” button in the Utility to detect all Smart Switches on your network.
    4. Select the appropriate switch and click on the “Upgrade Firmware” button.
    5. Browse to the location of the downloaded hex file from Step 1.
    6. Click on “Upgrade” to update the firmware of your Smart Switch.

    2. To install, double-click the .exe file and follow the prompts.
