This zip file contains the drivers for the USRobotics USB ADSL Modem. Follow these steps to install the drivers:
- Download the 9000-drivers.zip file to a temporary location on your computer’s hard disk drive such as C:\temp.
- Double-click the setup.exe file extracted in the temporary directory and follow the on-screen prompts.

Note: In order to prevent your browser from trying to open these files, right-click the file and select Save Target As... to download.
Follow the directions below to install the drivers:
- Extract the USR9000_Release1.1.zip file to a temporary directory such as C:\USR.
- Run setup.exe. A window will appear giving you three choices to choose from: Modify, Reinstall, and Uninstall. Select Uninstall.
- Once the uninstall is complete, unplug your USB cable and restart your computer.
- Once your computer has restarted, run setup.exe to install the new drivers and SureConnect.

Follow the directions below to install the drivers:
- Double-click your corresponding Annex A (POTS) or Annex B (ISDN) driver and unstuffit.
- Double-click the VISE installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
