Annex A Firmware
Official Release - USR9003 20040317 43E2EA8A Annex A

Read this before you upgrade your USR9003 SureConnect ADSL Ethernet/USB Router.

Note: Upgrades using this release will reset the modem to the original factory configuration settings. It is recommended that you either write down your settings before upgrading the firmware or use the EasyConfigurator installation utility to restore your ISP settings.

Release Notes:
If you are experiencing intermittent USB connectivity loss during high rate data transfers in Windows XP, it is recommended that you update your router with this release.

Ethernet port users who experience router disruption during high rate data transfers which require a router restart should upgrade the router with this release.

If your Internet provider has upgraded their network and your PPP connection is not working, we recommend that you upgrade your router with this release.

All other users do not need to upgrade to this release and should avoid using it unless you are having router-to-computer connectivity issues as noted above. If you choose to upgrade your router using EasyConfigurator, proceed to the EasyConfigurator section. If you choose to upgrade your router using FTP, proceed to the FTP section.
